Tender description

The Royal Mint (TRM) has a requirement to replace its existing system that provides data mining, segmentation, insights, analysis, and automated email marketing, with a system(s) that will provide email marketing and selfserve business intelligence services. We are looking for potential suppliers to propose solution/s for providing the technology and also accompanying services to: • Scope. • On-board (i.e. implement and configure to provide a fit for purpose system). • Integration if the single existing system is replaced by multiple platforms. Also whichever platform/s are selected, they will need to integrate with all existing backend systems and/or data warehouse/s. • Provision of user training and on-going support.
