Tender description

NIE Networks wishes to appoint a suitably experienced contractor onto a framework agreement for the provision of Intrusive Pole Testing. The appointed contractor shall provide a complete service, including accessing the pole for test, testing the pole on site, removing or attaching pole labels as required and providing pole decay classification results in tabular form. The purpose of this procurement exercise is to award a framework agreement for a period of 5 years with the option, exercisable exclusively by NIE Networks, to extend the contract for up to a further 3 years.
