Tender description

The Work Related Learning Service works on behalf of schools across Coventry ensure there is a range of high-quality vocational provision which meets the needs of young people aged between 13-19 years. It is the intention of Coventry City Council to let a dynamic purchasing system of approved suppliers for part-time programmes of work related learning, functional skills and personal development for 13-19 year-old Learners, particularly those who are most at risk of becoming disengaged from learning and of becoming NEET, which complements and extends learning provision in schools. Our Aim is to significantly impact upon participation, level of progress, achievement and promote the social inclusion of all 13-19 yearS old. The result of a successful bid against this invitation to tender will be a ‘Dynamic Purchasing System’ as defined within the Public Contract Regulations. Suppliers who meet the criteria will be awarded a place on an approved suppliers list.
