Tender description

Trafford Council and STAR Partner Authorities are looking to procure a flexible procurement system for its alternative provision services. The FPS will run initially from 2.2.2020 to 31.12.2022 with an option to extend on annual basis until 31.12.2024. Below is a list of lots to be procured under this FPS. Lot 1: Tuition (Qualified Teacher); Lot 2: Tuition (Non-qualified teacher); Lot 3: Teaching Assistant Support; Lot 4: Alternative Provision/Vocational Opportunity; Lot 5 Counselling/Mentoring Support; Lot 6: Transport. All tutors are qualified teachers. Tuition (non-qualified teacher). All teaching assistants have relevant qualifications and experience. — all providers have experience of working with looked after children/children with SEND, — all providers are working towards a relevant qualification, — all providers have access to an aspirational learning environment. — all providers have relevant counselling/mentoring qualification, — all providers have experience of working with looked after children/children with SEND. — all providers have safeguarding training, — all providers have experience of working with looked after children/children with SEND, — all providers commit to consistency of staff in each individual bid, — all drivers to have a valid DBS check.
