Development of technology platform to support delivery of Jigsaw Online

Jigsaw Online will offer a responsive, easily accessible and scalable solution to the ever-growing demand for youth mental services, fusing technology with Jigsaw’s evidence-informed services and supports for young people and those around them. This project will further develop Jigsaw's online presence by delivering a suite of digital and online supports and services in a safe, confidential and easy-to-access mental health information and support system. It will enable young people, families and educators to access supports outside of regular working hours and will provide access to mental health professionals in a cost effective way. The technology provider will need to work closely with the clinical team in Jigsaw to deliver the following specific outputs: • Live 1 to 1 online therapeutic support to young people through web chat • Facilitated live group chats on key mental health topics for young people • Secure email based information and support service for young people • An integrated telephone based information and support services for young people, parents, families, and potentially professionals supporting the mental health needs of young people • All of the above need to be be accessible and acceptable to young people aged 12-25 and provide an excellent user experience, particularly on mobile phone/tablet • Capacity for detailed real-time evaluation, monitoring and audit • Integration with data from an existing case management system may also be required • This online clinical service will require a cloud-based case management system and the facility to store all client information and records securely in the one place
