Tender description

English Heritage has a diverse and stunning collection of properties and sites across England. A number of these offer members of the public a chance to relax and enjoy food and drink during their visit. English Heritage currently operates 27 in-house catering sites rising to 31 in 2020 and it is for these premises which we would like to invite suppliers to submit a tender against the requirements below. The contract will run for an initial 2 year period, with a further year extension, subject to satisfactory performance and market requirement. This contract is for the supply of coffee, coffee related products and hot chocolate to English Heritage in-house catering sites. The supplier must also be able maintain or replace the existing suite of coffee machines within English Heritage In-House Catering sites. The supply of coffee products, the provision of coffee machines and/or the maintenance of existing coffee machines at English Heritage In-House Catering Sites.
