This Request for Tender is to deliver a programme that will enable people currently in employment to prepare themselves for new job opportunities and/or to enhance their future career prospects. The successful applicant will be required to deliver a training programme that will enable employees facing change to manage their career paths, self-identify their training and development needs and plan their future career paths. The programme should include psychometric assessments to ensure that candidates' individual values, interests, personalities and skills inform their future career directions. A focus on change management should be an inherent element of the programme - embracing and management of change; self-belief and maintaining a positive mind-set. The programme should enable candidates to identify their unique selling points, develop a job search strategy through creating a high-impact CV, prepare for interviews, learn how to network, use social media as a job search tool and positively project themselves in all business environments.
