Tender description
The ACC Liverpool Group is seeking to establish a contract for the provision of facilities management (FM) services. It is anticipated that the contract will start on 1.1.2020 for an initial period of 3 years until 31.12.2022 with the option, at the sole discretion of The ACC Liverpool Group, to extend the contract for a further 2 periods of 1 year until 31.12.2023 and 31.12.2024.
