Tender description
The project comprises the relocation of existing temporary sports structures, presently accommodating existing field sport changing facilities, to a new location. Proposed temporary structures will be added to the existing temporary structures at the new location. Together with the existing structures, the proposed temporary structures will form a compound. The compound will require all services necessary to provide a fully functioning field sports changing facility. The project comprises a series of interdependent spaces, including changing, showers and toilets and administration spaces. It is anticipated that the interim solution will be delivered by means of temporary (existing and proposed) prefabricated buildings. The overall development will comprise approximately 440m2 of development.
