Tender description
Tenders are invited for the delivery of a Strategic Management Development Programmes for Private Enterprise. The programmes will address all relevant issues that affect private enterprise during the course of running a business. Topics covered will include goal setting & motivation, finance/business planning, sales and marketing, time management, delegation, employment legislation, change management, coaching, culture, performance management and succession planning.
