Tender description
Refurbishment and replacement to soffits and upgrading works to include Insulating to the internal metal stud walls up to the underside of the roof within the soffit voids and installing airtightness membranes and moisture control tapes sealing off the internal and installing moisture resistant plasterboard, taping and jointing. Fire stopping as required.
