In summary, the Services comprise: Providing Legal Services to the Citizens Information Board’s delivery service companies on changing their company pension scheme trustees from the current incumbent to a new provider. In some cases, the boards of these companies will themselves wish to replace the current corporate trustees as trustees for the various pension schemes and will require advice on this change. The successful tenderer will provide advice and support on achieving such changes of trustee from a legal perspective.
