SINGLE PARTY FRAMEWORK FOR THE PROVISION OF A LARGE SCREEN AND ANCILLARY SERVICES TO LEOPARDSTOWN CLUB LTD.

Tender description

Leopardstown Racecourse is one of four racecourses owned and managed by Horse Racing Ireland (HRI) and is the only racecourse in Dublin, located 6 miles south of the city centre in Sandyford. It stages approximately 23 race meetings throughout the year, including the Christmas Festival, Irish Gold Cup, Irish Champion Stakes and a series of evening meetings throughout the summer. Further information regarding Leopardstown Club Ltd. is available online at http://www.leopardstown.com. While Leopardstown Club Ltd. is the main user of this framework, it remains open to be used by other HRI racecourses should the need arise. Leopardstown Racecourse is currently undergoing a re-development project which commenced in Q4 2018 and is due for completion in Q2 2020. Part of the re-development includes a new Weighroom building. It is the intention of Leopardstown Club Ltd. to mount a large outdoor screen on the outside of that building.
