School cleaning services

Tender description

The successful supplier will be required to provide cleaning services for Redruth School. The contract will commence on 1.9.2019 for a period of 3 years, with a possible extension of 2 years by mutual consent and on the same terms and conditions as the original contract. The client is seeking a suitably experienced supplier with current experience of working within the education marketplace, ideally with a strong operational base within the South West of England, thus allowing for both adequate contract support and operational flexibility. Some of the current staff are in the local government pension scheme; an actuary report will be provided and the successful supplier will need to sign an ABS agreement and pay for all associated costs. Please note the successful supplier will a consultancy fee on award of this contract to the Litmus Partnership, to the value of 5 500 GBP plus VAT.
