Roadworks, Paving & Landscape Works at Lyster Square, Portlaoise

Tender description

The works consist of roadworks, paving and landscape works including road kerbing and re-surfacing, reconfiguration of existing parking spaces, paving with reconstituted stone paving units, supply of nursery stock, materials and tree planting, shrub and ornamental planting, installation of site furniture and other hard and soft landscape operations at the proposed Lyster Square, Portlaoise, Co. Laois. The Works also involve maintenance of all planting and the site area for one year after the planting has been completed. The successful tenderer will be appointed as Contractor and PSCS. Competent Traffic Management during the works will be a key requirement of the project. Please refer to Volume A Works Requirements for more details.
