Request for Proposals for Digital Marketing Services for Opportunity South East 2020 for the Initium South East Programme

As part of its ongoing development of the enterprise eco-system development Carlow County Council’s – Local Enterprise Office on behalf of Waterford, Wexford, Tipperary & Kilkenny are co-ordinating a project for the support of the start-up (less than 18 months). This project is called Initium South East which is a programme aimed at Start Up Clients i.e. people with a business idea who are trading less than 18 months or who are pre-start up. This stimulating Start Up programme will be clustered around sector specific groups and underpinned by the support of regional industry champions. It should also benefit by attracting talent to start up a business in the region rather than commuting to work elsewhere. A second output of the programme should be the delivery Talent Map South East (Working Name: Opportunity South East 2020) - a cross-sectional talent mapping directory for the five South East regions. This South East regional and local talent mapping directory will map the current talent pool in the regions available for Initium project and county investment marketing. The mapping report should include insights that can facilitate residents who are interested in remote working, intrapreneurship, or starting up their own business. It may also be used to support regional talent opportunities by informing international and national enterprises that may be considering a region as a potential location for new enterprise. It should also be an informative guide to support enterprise development and future strategic planning in the regions. The database will be designed as a 3-minute survey on Survey Monkey, and a target of 300 responses by county (1,500 responses in Total). Ownership of the data will be shared regionally with individual county council LEO offices.
