Tender description

Opening of a new entrance to proposed new Heritage Centre with light weight zinc clad canopy at front of building and all associated works. Infill of floor in the entrance area. New signage on gable wall at front of building. Re-location of bar and ancillary room to a temporary location in one of the existing classrooms and making good existing toilets as men’s toilet. Setting up temporary keg store and ancillaries. Fit fire escape doors to the classrooms being used for bar area. In-fill door openings for the Heritage Centre, prepare wall floors and ceilings of the heritage centre and paint / leave ready for fit out of new heritage area Modifications to existing elevations, re-configuration of internal plan layout and all associated site works.
