Supply of gas and electricity to NHS Property Services Ltd (NHSPS). NHSPS maintains a preference for flexible contracts with bespoke supply agreements that suit its appetite for risk. Supply of half-hourly and non-half hourly electricity to metered supply points owned by NHS Property Services Ltd. Flexible purchasing strategy employing both buys and sells on a forward and prompt basis, indicatively with the option for a cash-out approach. The preferred risk management strategy to be agreed following tender evaluation but the contract should enable the option for a provisional price to be communicated to the customer ahead of consumption, followed by a cash reconciliation payment (annual or monthly) where purchasing continues into the delivery period (price within period).
