Tender description

EWR Co. is seeking to appoint a third-party service provider to provide support and deliver activity for key elements of EWR Co.'s external affairs function; acting as an extension to the core team and working closely with EWR Co.'s wider supply chain. The service provider will play a pivotal role in the successful achievement of EWR Co.'s objective to secure a successful development consent order application for the East West Rail line between Bedford and Cambridge and associated works. The scope of services to be delivered by the appointed service provider will cover a wide-range of communications-related disciplines. This procurement will be conducted via the restricted procedure, as per the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Any economic operator may submit a request to participate in response to the call for competition by providing the information that is required within the supplier selection questionnaire (SSQ). Unless they are able to provide a suitable justification, e.g. being a start-up, all interested parties must provide a minimum of 2 contract examples of where they have previously delivered engagement and consultation services to support the delivery of large-scale infrastructure planning applications.
