Tender description

Cork City Council requires caretaking services for its Traveller accommodations sites which are outlined below. Cork City Council requires a daily caretaking service between the hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Caretakers will be required to report to the Traveller Accommodation Unit. Cork City Council will require sufficient number of staff on a daily basis. The successful Tenderer will be required to appoint caretakers to supervise the Traveller accommodation sites at the following locations St Anthony’s Park Group Housing Scheme, Holly Hill, Cork. Spring Lane Halting Site, Ballyvolane, Cork. Meelagh Group Housing Scheme, Mahon, Cork Carrigrohane Road Halting Site, Carrigrohane , Cork Hazelwood Grove, Kinsale Road, Cork
