Summary of the work The appointed project manager will establish a formal project team within the Trust, including but not limited to, business analyst, project co-ordinator (graduate trainee), finance systems team, suppliers systems team, procurement team members, the wider finance/supplies team and IT department. What Specialists Work On Lead the project, Plan workload of team, Arrange meetings / facilitate discussion including managing conflicts to ensure that the project is prioritised and progresses in line with the agreed timeframes, Monitor progress of the project, Realign priorities to ensure the key objectives are achieved, Work closely with the business analyst and project co-ordinator, Ensure that deadlines are met, Report on BA output/workload, Check outputs against the scope/requirements before being presented to the wider project team, Produce weekly report/minutes following project team meetings, including documenting and reporting all progress, risks and mitigations. Skills & Experience • Have experience in delivering Project Management Services in line with ERP systems • Have knowledge and experience of managing the ERP system project delivery • Demonstrate experience in knowledge transfer of support processes and project management principles to existing finance and procurement departments.
