Tender description

The Institute of Public Administration (IPA) wish to engage the services of an IT consultant to implement their new financial accounting application and to provide application support after the implementation for a fixed period of time. The consultant will work closely with the IPA's implementation team and the supplier of the software throughout the implementation. The consultant will lead the IPA's implementation team and undertake the majority of the work related to the project. The consultant will be required to provide ongoing application support to all users of the application for a period of six months after implementation. This period may be extended for a further two periods of three months each. Additional related services may be required over the life of the framework. The initial contract will be of a twelve-month duration starting in January 2020.
