Tender description

The FCA is seeking to establish a framework agreement for the provision of legal services for a 4-year period, to take effect from June 2020 (approx.). The Financial Services Authority (FCA) is seeking a limited number of suppliers to provide legal services to Lot 1: public sector law. This includes: — accountability and audit/risk, — EU and international, financial services/FSMA, — human rights and civil liberties, — policy and process, — procurement and outsourcing, — payments services and systems, — public law litigation/judicial review/regulatory failure investigations, competition. The Financial Services Authority (FCA) is seeking a limited number of suppliers to provide legal services to Lot 1: corporate and commercial legal services. This includes: corporate and commercial, corporate governance and responsibility, dispute resolution/litigation, employment/health and safety, environmental, information technology, data and cyber, intellectual property and media, pensions, real estate and facilities, tax and accounting.
