The University is seeking a new system to support direct applications, which is an area of focus and growth. Direct applications are defined as those that follow non-UCAS routes and include but are not limited to: — taught and research postgraduate courses, — non-UCAS undergraduate, — erasmus and study abroad schemes, — language centre, and — transnational education campuses. The University is seeking a new system to support direct applications, which is an area of focus and growth. Direct applications are defined as those that follow non-UCAS routes and include but are not limited to: — taught and research postgraduate courses; non-UCAS undergraduate, — erasmus and study abroad schemes, — language centre, and — transnational education campuses. The selected system will cover all aspects of admissions management, including the process for applying (including by third parties on behalf of applicants), receiving applications, processing decisions on these applications (including electronic acceptance/rejection of offers), and enabling communications between the University and applicants. The system should cover the student journey from initial application submission to the point of registration. It must, therefore, integrate with the current CRM system for managing enquiries, and general communications to applicants and the student record system for the sharing of key data fields. Solutions which depend upon or require a different student Record system are specifically excluded.
