Tender description

The contract is for the provision of tenants contents and right to buy home buildings general insurance and related services, including claims handling, as required by Falkirk Council. Bids are invited from suitably qualified insurance brokers and direct providers for the entire scope of services. The existing insurance programme is currently organised on a 5-year LTA basis, which expires in 2020. The Council is seeking to appoint an insurance risk supplier for 3 years, commencing in May and June 2020, with an option to extend for a further 2 years. Provision of right to buy home buildings general insurance. Provision of tenants contents insurance.
