Tender description
Supply, delivery and installation of an MR guided Focused Ultrasound system. Tenders are invited for a MR guided Focused Ultrasound system compatible with a Siemens 3T PrismaFit MRI scanner capable of delivering non-invasive thermal ablation of brain tissue for therapeutic lesioning in different brain diseases. The system offered should consist of the necessary ultrasound transducer and supporting ancillary hardware along with a software system to allow therapeutic unilateral thalamotomy for tremor dominant Parkinson’s disease (PD) and Essential Tremor (ET).
