Tender description

Phoenix 10 is a strategic employment site in Walsall, within the Black Country Enterprise Zone (EZ). It is an 18 ha site comprising the former IMI Copper Works (owned by Homes England) and a former domestic and industrial refuse tip (owned by Walsall MBC). The landowners have been working in partnership to bring the site forward, and have appointed a developer partner, who is responsible for the delivery of the site.
