Tender Documents will be available in Early January 2020. Please express your interest to be invited into the tender stage. The Government of Jersey is seeking expressions of interest from companies able to provide financial and commercial advice to the GoJ to support the development of the One Gov New Office Project. The core activities for this role will cover: Financial and Commercial Advisory Services for the One Gov New Office Project. • Development of the following parts of the Outline Business Case (OBC) and Full Business Case (FBC) (it is critical this starts as soon as possible in January 2020): o Economic Case including Value for Money analysis. o Financial Case including financial modelling and affordability assessment. o Commercial Case including procurement strategy (this will be in a support role to the GoJ/Commercial Specialist). • Support in updating the Strategic Case to ensure that (a) Critical Success Factors as included in the Strategic Case are appropriate, (b) the Strategic Case aligns with the Economic Case and (c) it reflects the latest available information. • Financing options. • Accounting and Tax advice. • Support in development of financial and commercial aspects of bid documentation, bidder engagement and dialogue and evaluation support. • Other financial and commercial advice as required.
