The Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership (GMHSCP) has agreed to an overarching engagement framework which makes the commitment to securing expertise by experience into each of the Greater Manchester (GM) based programmes. This proposal advocates the application of the GM engagement framework across the GM Adult Mental Health (MH) programme. In particular, this proposal seeks to engage an independent partner to facilitate engagement across the GM adult mental health agenda and support and develop the Adult Mental Health Service User Network.
