A key action of the South East Regional Enterprise Plan is to develop and grow key clusters of strength in the region. The financial services sector has been a strong growth story in Ireland South East, employing roughly 6,000 people and is home to a growing number of global brands and indigenous scaling companies. The tender This tender seeks to engage a tenderer to develop and implement the 2020 workplan of the South East financial services cluster. The chief objectives in implementing the workplan relate to: • Attracting talented professionals to the Sector • Ensuring better alignment of training providers to skills required in companies • Building stronger networks that connect people within and outside the sector • Working to ensure that companies in the region are fulfilling their potential to foster innovation • Addressing infrastructural or other barriers to company growth
