Fareham Borough Council is looking to procure a modern, user-friendly financial management system with efficient workflows, dashboards and flexible functionality tailored to users’ needs. The Council requires the provision of a new system and all supplier services from solution design through to implementation and data migration services from the current system to a new financial management system and then to provide post go live and on-going support and maintenance. The provision will include: — replacement of the current finance system eFinancials V5, — work together to review and update financial and procurement processes and procedures against the Council’s ideal vision, — review and replace current interfaces to external systems, — development of new interfaces, — review and replace current reporting with improved management information and dashboards, — a training and testing environment, — integrated Electronic Document and Record Management System (EDRMS), — management of the migration of data and linked documents from eFinancials V5.
