Tender description

This Contract Notice covers the Contracting Authority's requirements for a Warehouse File Track and Trace software. The NHSBSA sees scanning as a key area of expansion, particularly focused on Trust and GP practice records. As part of this process the Customer has secured approved provider status on the London Procurement Partnership (LPP) Framework that allows 90 public sector (mainly NHS bodies) to directly procure scanning services from the Customer without OJEU tendering. To best fulfil these services as a supplier, NHSBSA would like to track files from collection from the client, receipt at warehouse and ultimately to destruction, once scanned. The requirement is to track to file level, operate on multiple sites and have barcode capability.
