Facilities technical support, planning, design services, architectural design and ancillary support services at EPA office(s)

Tender description

The EPA proposes to establish a Single Party Framework Agreement for facilities technical support, planning, design services (primarily architectural design and ancillary support services to include preparation of planning and tender documentation, Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) and site supervisor role (on minor projects). The Framework will be established for 4 years with an initial period of 2 years and the option to to extend for two 1 year periods (up to a maximum of 4 years), subject to satisfactory service delivery, budget availability and business need.
