Expressions of Interest - Pivotal Sites Programme

Slough Borough Council (the Council) wishes to understand the extent of interest from potential suppliers and their market capabilities in support of its programme of pivotal development sites within the Borough. To this end, the Council will shortly be bringing formal tenders to market for an initial four sites, which it would like to develop for social housing. Suppliers should note that returning an expression of interest, in no way guarantees that tenders will be awarded to the supplier and furthermore, that this request for Expressions of Interest is not limited to the four initial sites, but for the entire Pivotal Sites Programme. This Information Memorandum provides: o an overview of the development sites; o the background to the Pivotal Sites Programme and; o an opportunity for potential Suppliers to express an interest in submitting tenders for the development of one or more of the sites.
