Tender description

The overarching objective of the programme is to improve infrastructure services in Nigeria, addressing lessons learned over 2 previous phases of the Nigeria infrastructure Advisory Facility programme. Through UKNIAF, consultancy services will be made available to government ministries and agencies who are involved in direct planning and delivery of infrastructure or in the development of mechanisms or transactions involving private sector financing of infrastructure.
