COV - Built Environment and Planning Software System

Tender description

The Authority is tendering to contract for a cloud-based IT system to cover Built Environment and Planning Software system with functionality such as planning, building control, planning enforcement and land charges. The contract will also include within its scope the implementation, project management, hosting, subscription / licensing, ongoing support & maintenance and any relative bespoke development and/or upgrades required during the term. This is the core requirement of the tender and on which the tender will be evaluated. The contract will also include the ability for the Authority to call off Regulatory Services & Environmental functionality such as taxi licensing, environmental health, trading standards, licensing and food safety services during the term of the contract. Tenderers invited to tender will be asked to submit details of any functionality they can offer for Regulatory Services & Environmental functionality. Further information can be found in the outline specification in section 4 of the SQ document.
