**Please note that if you have expressed an interest in project 8571, you MUST ALSO express an interest in this project to receive Selection Stage Documents and be considered** Coventry City Council is looking to procure a contractor to work with them to construct A45 Overbridge at Eastern Green to unlock potential development land. This will be a design and build contract. The scheme will also include the following: development plot earthworks development new utility services development surface water and foul drainage development landscaping The Council estimates this scheme will be in the region of £15million. The site is land adjacent/over the A45 at Eastern Green, Coventry Hallam Land Management Limited c/o Brookbanks Consulting limited will be acting as the Council's agent on this project.
