Tender description

The regional CP6 framework will be required to cover buildings and civil engineering with provision for signalling, power and, a renewals works communications works for: (a) renewals works; (b) enhancements works; (c) reactive works; (d) professional services; (e) nil commitment value. The framework anticipate s a 3 year life plus 5 x 1 year extension options to equal a total of 8 years. The framework is split in to 2 lots — Western and Wales. The western lot is split into 2 sub lots based on value. The Wales lot is split into 4 sub lots based on work types. The scope for this lot is for buildings and civil engineering with requirements. For renewals, enhancements and reactive schemes.
