Tender description

Newforge Community Development Trust, Newforge Lane, Belfast require a new, modern, fit for purpose facility to transform, re-image and open up the 10+ hectare Newforge complex in South Belfast into a unique, iconic, shared space and sports facility. Newforge Community Development Trust wishes to make a single appointment of an economic operator to provide professional services of a project management led Integrated Consultancy Team (ICT) for the proposed Shared Space Centre to include, architecture, cost management, engineering and other associated construction professionals in related disciplines. The structure of the consultant team is described in MOI Part B Section 7.5. The shared centre has secured full planning approval. The ICT will be required to review the current designs and provide both innovation in terms of design development and address comments from key user groups and the project board. The ICT will be required to progress the designs, produce comprehensive employer.
