Tender description

Mid Devon District Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of building, offices, leisure and public convenience cleaning services. The initial contract term will be for 36 months with an option to extend for a further 2 x 12 months for a potential total contract term of 5 years as stated in the ITT documents. The contract will be divided into 6 lots and the contractor is invited to tender for one lot, or multiple lots. The contract will be divided into 6 lots and the contractor is invited to tender for one lot, or multiple lots Lot 1: Office Building Cleaning and Public Toilets; Lot 2: Window Cleaning Internal and External Gutters; Lot 3: Specialist Voids Cleaning – HRA Stock; Lot 4: Facility Footprint Roads and Pathways; Lot 5: Leisure Centres — Dry Side; Lot 6: Carlu Close — including locking the building Periodic cleaning required under Lots 1, 5 and 6 Carpet/barrier mat deep cleaning – bi-annually High level dusting – quarterly Hard floor machining – quarterly Clean ventilation grills – quarterly Staircase window ledge dusting – quarterly Fridges – monthly deep clean
