Audio Visual Services and Support

Tender description

EirGrid has a requirement for the provision of Audio Visual Services and Support at their offices in both Belfast and Dublin and any other ad hoc sites where similar service may be required. EirGrid have numerous AV devices which are maintained both in-house and by external parties. There are multiple manufactures/suppliers of the equipment. EirGrid intends to establish a single framework agreement for the provision of these services. The Framework period will be for three (3) years with the option for EirGrid to extend for a further two (2) year period, subject always to satisfactory performance.
