Tender description
Clare County Council (CCC) wishes to appoint the following design/consultancy services for Inis Cealtra (Holy Island) Visitor Experience, Scarriff Bay, Lough Derg, Co Clare. The following design/consultancy services are required: Lot 1: Integrated Design Team Services; Lot 2: Integrated Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor Services; Lot 3: Visitor Experience/Interpretation Consultant. Consultants for Lot 1 must include as part of their application the following principal services/disciplines and specialists: Principal services: — architect (design team lead), — civil/structural engineer including marine and traffic, — mechanical and electrical engineer, — landscape architect. Specialists to include: — Grade 1 Conservation Architect, — PSDP, — fire safety design — DAC, — archaeologist including underwater archaeological surveys, — ecologist, — planning and environmental consultant. Consultants for Lot 2 must include the following principal services: — project manager, — quantity surveyor. Consultants for Lot 3 must include the following principal services: — tourism/visitor experience consultant (lead consultant), — interpretation/exhibition design, — business planning.
