Buckinghamshire Public Health team are working to look at how a design approach might bring partners together to develop a set of shared principles and identify opportunities for supporting greater alignment, ownership and integration of services to improve the overall health outcomes for Buckinghamshire residents, with particular focus on those experiencing social isolation. The provider will assist partners in Buckinghamshire to coordinate a short engagement programme, bringing together critical stakeholders to collaborate and explore challenges and opportunities and build consensus and agreement on the priorities for future project work.
