The Contracting Entity is undertaking a competitive tender process to award a Contract to meet the following requirements: As part of this tender, Ervia requires support and maintenance for our existing Alfresco licences. Ervia currently has a signed master agreement in place with Alfresco for perpetual Alfresco licences. The successful tenderer will put in place a contract between them and Alfresco using an End user licence agreement (EULA). We are on Alfresco Version 5.2 The vendor is requested to provide the following: • A two year maintenance contract for the following Alfresco Licences: o Alfresco One – Enterprise Base licence (2 for Production, 2 for Test) o Alfresco One – Enterprise Additional Production CPU x 2 o Alfresco One – Enterprise Additional Test CPU x 2 o Alfresco One – Enterprise – Records Management Subscription x1
