Tender description

Gentoo Group are currently seeking a Contractor who can deliver its second stream of window replacements to approximately 6,000 properties throughout the areas of Sunderland, Houghton, Hetton and Washington. The scheme is due to commence in April 2020 with completion by December 2023. A framework of up to six Providers will be established and works within following years may be subject to a mini competition procedure. The Tender can be accessed via the Delta Portal at: https://www.delta-esourcing.com/ and by using the Tender Access Code: 49B2R544K8 Please note the Tender will go live at 4pm on 11/12/2019 and the access code will not work until after this time.
