Tender description

We will be awarding a framework agreement for the provision of woodland and tree surveys, potentially including urban trees, to detect, assess and sample for the presence of specific tree pests and diseases in England. Our intention is to award this framework agreement for a period of four years starting from 01/04/2020 to replace the existing framework agreement (SF003/2016). Due to the unpredictable nature of tree pests & diseases there may be an overlap in service delivery where continuation of works must continue under the previous framework to allow a sufficient hand period over to a new Supplier.
