A Contractor is required to undertake work to Modernise Passenger Lifts at West House, Loxford Road, Barking, IG11 8PX. Eastbury Court, Blake Avenue,Barking, IG11 9ST. Ellen Wilkinson House, Wythenshawe Rd, Dagenham, RM10, 7PJ. John Burns House, Blocks 13-38. 67-92 John Burns Drive, Barking, IG11 9RQ . Triumph House, Blocks 1-24 & 25-48. Alderman Avenue Barking IG11 0lS. It is anticipated that the works will commence on the 2nd March 2020 and be completed no later than 12th June 2020. Contractors must make themselves aware of the site layout, work requirements and the need to plan works, monitor safety on site and react promptly to changes in site conditions.
