Tender description

The tender will set out the specification for a supplier to administer the National Student Survey (NSS) and dissemination of survey results. The NSS is a high-profile UK-wide survey of more than 450 000 final year undergraduates which provides an opportunity for them to feedback on their course. The survey has been coordinated annually since 2005 on behalf of the Office for Students and the UK funding and regulatory bodies — the Department for the Economy (Northern Ireland), The Scottish Funding Council and the Higher Education Funding Council for Wales. We require the winning supplier to provide the following services: 1) Administer the NSS annually to all final year students; 2) Dissemination of survey results; 3) Project management; 4) Administering a pilot exercise to expand the NSS to students of all years. Provide and manage user support to ensure that all users are aware of the portal functionalities and changes.
