Street-lighting maintenance services

Tender description

Maintenance of public lighting, traffic light and associated services including but not limited to: operation and updating of the Councils DeadSure public lighting database, design of public lighting layouts, monthly night time patrols of the public lighting networks, public lighting upgrades, Traffic, maintenance of lighting on poles supporting overhead electrical networks, structural inspections, electrical inspections, upgrade of existing lights, inspections of lighting installations prior to being taken in charge by the Council, civil works necessary for the repair of underground faults. Where funding for additional work becomes available, Laois and/or Offaly may increase the contract to include for larger scale public lighting upgrade works.
