Objectives of the contract • To provide a cost effective and flexible delivery model for Gloucestershire County Council (GCC) proud to care work stream • To develop the management skills for 1 cohort of 20 aspiring adult social care managers from independent employers (care homes, supported living, community care etc) • To provide a training and support programme which is flexible, user friendly and can be personalised to meet individual needs • To provide training plans that offer added value in terms of training and development and as minimum include: ?
